Tuesday Night Welcome & Networking  Reception
Thrivent6:00 pm-8:00 pm. The Welcome & Networking Reception, sponsored by Thrivent Financial, is the perfect opportunity for you to hear what the entire WFX experience has to offer. Come and enjoy Paul Coleman, WFX’s emcee and entertainer, mingle with WFX staff and network with peers from all over the country. Join us at the Aloft hotel lobby. Wednesday Tech Tour at Covenant Church, sponsored by L-Acoustics
Tech Tour Sponsor4:30 pm-6:00 pm. This is your chance to explore Covenant Church and interact with their Tech Art leaders and industry experts from L-Acoustics as they explain, demonstrate and discuss the technology environments of the church including lighting, video and all audio systems. Wednesday, Night of Worship Concert at Covenant Church, the Home of Covenant Worship
7:00 pm-9:00 pm. With an expo or full-conference pass, enjoy a complimentary Night of Worship with Covenant Worship Band and guest Integrity worship leaders including Paul Baloche, Travis Ryan, Michael Neale, and Michael Farren & All About Worship Team. Pre-conference Manufacturer Sponsored Workshops
SlingStudio, VER, Panasonic, and Churchstreaming TV, are providing manufacturer sponsored training complementary to those with a full-conference or expo pass. This is a unique opportunity to receive education and training on critical topics and skills. Sponsored Workshops are either two-hour or four-hour sessions where product and service providers will lead in-depth sessions. They are not sales pitches. Loudspeaker Demos
The Live Sound International (LSI) Loudspeaker Demo is an opportunity to evaluate and compare a wide range of top-of-the-line professional loudspeaker systems in a controlled listening environment. This free event is open to all WFX attendees and will be held in Exhibit Hall C at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in conjunction with WFX.
