Booth Variance Approval Form

DEADLINE: October 10, 2011

Only exhibitors requesting variances and/or exhibits that do not comply with the Exhibition Rules & Regulations as outlined in the Exhibitor Manual must complete this form. Verbal approvals will not be granted. Please submit a detailed drawing or schematic of the booth layout including the heights and widths of all structures, towers, graphics, etc. Drawings must be emailed to wfxservices@ehpub.com, or faxed to 508-663-1595, attn:Amy Reddington.
