Specifications
Full page Trim Size: 8-3/8”w x 10-7/8“h
Full page bleed ad - Please add an additional .125" on all four sides for image bleed. Please keep live materials .375" from the bleed edge (Or .25" from the trim edge)
Half Page Non-Bleed ad: 7.25" wide by 4.625" tall
Half Page Bleed ad: 8.625" wide by 5.5" tall (You must keep live materials such as text and logos a minimum of .5" from the art edge).
Binding: Saddle Stitch
Electronic Materials: Ads must be produced in Macintosh format. PC formats cannot be accepted unless press ready PDF, TIFF or EPS is furnished. Please make sure all images are 300 dpi TIFF, JPEG or EPS.
QuarkXpress - *Preferred* Disk must include all fonts and graphics used in Quark document.
Adobe Illustrator - All fonts should be converted to outlines and all color used must be CMYK process.
Adobe Photoshop - Artwork and photos should be 300dpi. Files should be saved as TIFF or EPS.
Acceptable Digital Files
PDF --- .pdf files can be accepted, please call Matt Thayer, Graphic Artist for specific directions for set up if you have questions. 508.663.1500 ext. 260.
Acceptable Media
• A stuffed file needs to be self-extracting. A directory of the contents of the disk must accompany the media.
• A color proof must accompany your ad.
• The advertiser guarantees that all of the fonts, and linked graphic files are supplied to ensure that final output will meet the advertisers specifications.
We are Mac based. All ads must be accompanied by a digital color proof. All color used must be CMYK process, no Pantone colors.
Email: If you plan on submitting files via email, please let us know in advance how big the file may be. Please compress the files that you send via email as either a SEA, SIT, or a ZIP file. This will make the files smaller when emailing. Email your materials for full page ads to Matt Thayer at mthayer@ehpub.com.
Logo Requirements: Logos will be run in four color and should be sent as Photoshop or Illustrator TIFF, EPS, or JPEG files. Resolution should be at least 300dpi; for bitmap or line art, it should be 1200 dpi.
Terms & Conditions: The publisher reserves the right to decline or discontinue without explanation any advertising deemed unsuitable. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume complete liability for all content of advertisements and agree to indemnify and defend the publisher from all claims accusations, or expenses, including legal fees, rising from ads placed in WFX Official Show Directory.
